Born and raised in Knysna, Lizelle brings a unique and invaluable understanding of the Western Cape’s dynamics to her practice. As a native of Knysna, Ms. Harker is deeply committed to serving the legal needs of the community at large that she calls home.
Since founding Harker Attorneys Incorporated on 21 January 2011, Ms. Harker has not only become a prominent legal figure but also an ambassador for positive change.
